Naturopathy is a form of Western natural medicine that focuses on holistic treatment and individual needs. Naturopathy integrates traditional wisdom with current research-based knowledge to promote holistic health. It is based on the foundation that given the right circumstances the body can heal itself.  Therefore, treatment is personalised and tailored to your individual needs by taking into consideration all aspects of your life.


You’re sick of dieting or trying different programs which ultimately lead back to where you started. You're fed up of feeling tired all the time. You’d like effective guidance to make simple changes with lasting results that will empower you to stay healthy, reduce undesirable symptoms, and promote energy and an ideal weight. Naturopathy can help. Our sessions will assist you in understanding the art of self-care, natural stress management, eating in harmony with your constitution, and how you can support your body to function optimally.

Longterm, sustainable results require addressing the root cause of any imbalance or health issue, which may mean finding the mental, emotional or environmental trigger at the root of physical symptoms, or reviewing diet and lifestyle habits to identify what needs to evolve. This is an invitation to you to understand your body and mind better, to take action, to become empowered to create the wellness you want by better understanding the signals your body gives you and the impact of the choices you make about what you put into, or onto your body.


I use only natural means such as western herbal medicine, nutrition (based on Western and Chinese medicine principles), mycotherapy, iridology, essential oils, flower essences, plus supplements or herbal medicines if appropriate, to promote balance and improved quality of life. We will co-create a tailored plan to promote optimal health and mood. I will support you as you make incremental changes to your lifestyle and diet with regular follow up calls and consultations. I also incorporate kinesiology/muscle testing to assure any proposed changes are confirmed by your body wisdom. 


My expertise lies in educating and empowering people like you to connect to your body wisdom, learn what nourishes you, and what saps your energy and exacerbates stress. I will help you understand your unique needs and how to support yourself, in a loving (non-rigid) way, with foods, recipes, and lifestyle advice that will empower you to create and maintain optimal health and wellbeing. 

I use all of my training and skills, and more, to find the right course of action to support you in achieving your wellness goals. We will work together to make a realistic plan to get you where you want to be, with just the right amount of education and support to help you make sustainable changes.
